Tour Galena's premier gardens of all sizes, from a cozy, cottage garden to a garden-in-progress with a beautiful view.
All gardens will have Master Gardeners on hand to guide visitors and answer questions. Some gardens feature a local artist at work on a masterpiece. Tickets are $10 per person. Sturdy walking shoes are recommended.
This Year's Gardens

A. Toebaas Garden, 514 Third St, A multilevel woodland garden, with a special space dedicated to the owner's late wife and the Museum's former curator, Alice.
B. Ginger-Grosshans Garden, 418 Harrison, This former park property sits atop a hill with vistas of Galena. New owners are developing the gardens to enhance existing beds. Year 1 on the tour, watch it grow!
C. Korte Garden, 421 Hill St, Hostas, roses, vegetables, and perennials in a mature garden.
D. Beyer-Surman Garden, 213 S West St, A charming Galena cottage with a garden to match.
E Galena Community Gardens, S Dodge St, A variety of gardens, including a children's garden.
